This artwork can only be used for personal, nonprofit and non-commercial purposes.

You are NOT Permitted to use mint/sell the commissioned piece as an NFT, nor in the use of training AI (Artificial Intelligence) software.

The artwork can not be altered or modified without my permission. (i.e. redrawing, modifications of features, colour changes, etc.)

The artwork can be used for as long as my signature remains on the canvas and I, the artist, is credited for the piece appropriately.

copyright of the artwork is not trasnferred to the client. I reserve the right to the reproduction, distribution and use for self-promotion of the finished product.

Once payment is sent, I will start on the commission as soon as possible, if not immediately.

Once lining/inking process has begun, the commission is non-refundable.

Maximum three (3) minor changes can be made after the lineart is complete. Any major or significant changes after this point will result in an additional charge.

Low resolution work-in-progress screenshots can be provided to the client per request.

I reserve the right to share low resolution/limited work in progress updates with my patreon audience, however if the commission is fully private, please state so in the commission inquiry.
